Standard products include a complete line of Non-Code Cartridge Filter Housings ranging from 1 to 26 cartridges offering industrial and sanitary designs. ASME housings are also available. Various finishes and connection styles are available.




Y-Strainer

Our sanitary "Y" Strainers are available from 1" to 6". They are designed to be very durable by using stainless steel well screens. The screen slot openings are available in sizes from .032" to 0.004". Both flanged and tri-clamp connections are offered. Optional 3" sight glasses allow viewing of filter screen. Electropolished or Beadblasted finish.

Valves

Sanitary Sampling and Vent Valves, alone or included with a Pressure Gage Assembly, are a great addition to our housings or can be used at any point in your process. They are machined with 316L stainless steel with a PTFE plug and a silicon o-ring seal. We offer tri-clamp, NPT and weld styles, inline and 90 degree.







Optimum Filter also manufactures Custom Tanks and Carbon Towers up to 8 foot diameter, both ASME Code Stamped and atmospheric. Let us help you design a tank to fit your exact needs.

Essential for DI loops with UV’s our Light Traps are available in many standard sizes and configurations. The standard electropolished finish insures product integrity. For sanitary systems welds can be eliminated. Custom Light Traps or Manifolds can be built to fit any system.
